“Nargisi Chakoondri Muttar Piaz Nazare”:
A mixed combo of green peas, chopped carrot, crushed tomatoes, beetroot, onion, chopped cilantro leaves, a quarter spoon of turmeric powder, powdered coriander, salt, and crushed garlic.
Since I don’t believe in any frying, the “bhoona” aspect of Indian cooking, I put everything together with some water.
Let the ingredients cook and become soft, leaving some gravy; the final touch is four to five spoons of olive oil. And that is it; the dish is ready to scoop out with roti.
Enjoy with a glass of red wine.
