The real estate salesperson showed his client a house that, according to the neighbours, had not been occupied for quite some time. They call it a haunted mansion. As the client walked through the ‘mansion,’ he came across an old, bearded person. He looked like a caretaker of the place. The interested buyer asked the bearded man, “I have heard some neighbours say a ghost lives here. And that is one reason it has been on the market for some time. Is it true?” The old person replied, “sir, I don’t know about that, as I died five years ago.” Happy Halloween.
