Hi, Promod== I’m not sure about how those who disagree (seriously) can be friends. As a Jew and an anti-Zionist, and someone who actively fights for palestinian human rights, I’d say not too many Zionists want to be my friends. There is a very deep chasm between us.

Thanks, Judy for your comment. Yes, I can agree when there are deep and distinctive differences, they can’t be patched. Polarization occurs. And that is what causes the formation of political tribes in their extreme environments.

Difference of Opinion.
Opinion, fact and reality are to some extent inter- changeable. What is a mirage? It looks real, but it is not. It is there. We cannot deny it.
Opinion is a statement that is neither true nor false. For some it is true, for some false. Reality can be actual and conceptual. It can be past. It can be present. Some past realities have proved false also.
For your Covid- friend:-
A hypnotized person cannot differentiate among opinion, fact and reality.
