NARCISSIST BEHAVIOUR: WHEN SELF-LOVE GOES INTO OVERDRIVE

Ever since Trump and Modi strutted onto the world stage, the word narcissism has been getting more airtime than ever.

At its core, narcissism is a cocktail of self-absorption, self-praise, and a bloated sense of self-importance—often wrapped in a false grandiose package. And what better launchpad for this than social media? Platforms like Facebook and X serve as virtual mirrors where one can bask in self-projection, chase validation, and flaunt a sense of superiority.

Truth be told, we all have a streak of narcissism. But when an oversized ego and a desperate need for admiration hijack one’s personality, it turns into a full-blown disorder.

In this department, Trump and Modi aren’t just case studies—they’re masterclasses in the art of excessive self-love. —Promod Puri

  1. Put very well ! Both narcists have been exposed to the world, both have been exposed to the bare bones. Towering media made giants have feet of clay. Both claims to be sons of God and both are farther away from sons of the earth.
    Thanks for the expose!
